Plan in a spreadsheet, see it in your calendar. Map your columns once; every row becomes an event, and editing the row updates the event.

Dates like 10/31/2026 or 31/10/2026, times like 2pm or 14:00, durations like 90 or 1:30, all-day and overnight events.
Guests, places, colors
Add guests, locations, descriptions and event colors from columns. Invitations are only emailed if you turn that on.
How it works
- Open your sheet, then Extensions → Sheet to Calendar Sync → Open sync panel.
- Choose the calendar and pick which columns hold the title, date and time (we guess them from your headers).
- Press Preview, check the list, then press Sync now. The add-on adds three columns (Cal sync: event ID, status and a hidden hash) so it can keep each row and its event linked.

Questions
Does it change events I made myself?
No. It only updates or deletes events it created from your sheet, and only the details you mapped to columns. Notes or guests you add in Google Calendar to a field you didn't map are left alone.
What if I delete an event in Google Calendar?
The next sync restores it, because the row is still in your sheet. To remove an event for good, type "delete" in the Action column (if mapped), or delete the row (Pro, with the option turned on).

How do I uninstall?
In Google Sheets: Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Sheet to Calendar Sync → Uninstall. You can then delete the three "Cal sync" columns.
